The response to the data subject request is subject to AICC’s review in line with applicable laws, regulations, and standards. AICC may request further information for validation purposes and may reject repetitive, unfounded, or excessive requests.

  • Right To Withdraw Their Consent

The completion of this form is imperative for the Data Subject to exercise their rights under the Personal Data Protection Law (PDPL). We will endeavor to respond promptly and, in any event, within 30 days of the latest of the following:

  • The receipt of your completed written request; or
  • The receipt of any additional information we may request to enable us to process your request in compliance with the Personal Data Protection Law (PDPL).
