Tasks and Responsibilities
- Supervising and guiding the customer service team.
- Developing and improving customer service strategies.
- Monitoring team performance and providing necessary training.
- Resolving major customer complaints and issues.
- Managing customer records and analysing them for continuous improvement.
Experience Required
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in customer service, including at least 2 years in a managerial position.
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to interact with customers skilfully.
- Strong knowledge of industry best practices.
